The hotel is conveniently situated right next to the Stadium of Light, offering a limited air conditioning system. The rooms feature nice bathrooms but can feel a bit greasy. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us swiftly. The location is perfect for football fans and close to a variety of amenities. The dining experience lacked in quality but was satisfactory overall.
The hotel offers a unique view onto the stadium with very comfy beds, but the limited air conditioning system could be improved. The service from the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs right away. The location is conveniently near the big Tesco Extra store and right next to the Stadium of Light. The dining experience was satisfying but could benefit from improvements in quality. Overall, it's a good value for money stay.
The hotel offers a lot, with a variety of breakfast choices and a lovely bathroom including an excellent shower. The view of the Stadium of Light is fantastic, and the Air Con works great. However, prices could be a bit better.
